“Future Agriculture,” Swedish University of Agriculture Sciences

“This report is written in the context of two research project at the
Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). The first
named What is a sustainable Swedish agriculture? and funded by
the Research Platform of the Future Farming at SLU. The purpose
of this project is to study different strategies to measure, recognize
and manage the sustainability of agriculture and the rest of the
food chain. The second project is called The durable oats farm -
theory meets reality and funded by the company Oatly. The
purpose of the project is to analyze different aspects of
sustainability at the farm level by increased production of
vegetables for human consumption.“
